Most examples here dont use a flashback - Guilty Crown, Code Geass, Future Diary and Madoka.

I think I was drunk off air when I made that post... o.o
I MEANT to type: "Have you seen any examples done without the use of flashbacks OR having it happen right there in front of the viewers?"
Like sort of have the transformation off screen.
