Hey there I just decided to put pencil to paper and start to draw again, for the first time in like 2 years. So please, any advice/ comments would be helpful! That looks really cool!
As far as drawing tips go, I always find without a good "base" you I personally cannot draw well. Sometimes people think sketching is a big waste of time(I used to as well), but it really helps you to know where exactly you plan to go with this drawing. Once you establish that, you can slowly add in details until it's just the way you want it. It really depends on your art style as to how many sketches you should do before finalizing, but I recommend at least one.

Gah I did look at these a while back and thought I'd commented and gave feedback but apparently I completely blanked. So, so, so, so, sorry Nevrak for that! My memory is... well ask Yuki.
Anyway, my feedback.
I can tell your trying to go for more abstract imagery and you've done that fairly well, though if this is a storyboard I feel that you need to tighten it up a bit more to make it flow a little better. The ideas here look interesting, but I'm not 100% sure on what's going on - and a storyboard must convey that to an audience very clearly.
As far as drawing goes, I can't really say more than what sweetsnowangel said, which is that you need to plan out your drawings first by sketching them out. I personally pretty much always do thumbnails for any major piece of art I plan to do in order to get the composition down before I start on the final piece.
A good piece of advice I heard was to try and look at the image as a whole rather than as several elements put together. I'm bad for not doing this from time to time but if you can get into the habit of looking at everything as a whole and creating a good image rather than drawing one part really well, then you're drawings will improve dramatically.
Also may I recommend the website posemaniacs.com? It's the next best thing to attending life drawing classes - though I recommend attending those if you do want to get better at art - as figure drawing is vital to improving your skills. I personally fill a page with figures before I draw - which is at least 3 or 4 times a week. I honestly should do it more often.
Basically it comes down to practice but I see some interesting imagery and ideas here, you just need to build on (or reaffirm, you mentioned you haven't drawn for a while) your base skills more.
