His room is quite small, I don't think a treadmill would fit, a stepper would though, I mean it is basically like walking a set of stairs, but they can work for people.

LOL I was just kidding. On a more serious note though, Rogo, you can add small steps of exercise in your daily life. That might help you lose those few extra ounces. For example, if you have 5 minutes to kill, pace around the room or walk up and down the stairs. Small things like that can help. :D
