Hey guys, here's a thread that exists for personal reasons and is mostly an aid for something my own life.
Basically I've put on weight recently and come to realise I eat and drink far too much crappy food and that this needs to stop. I need to take care of myself and one thing I find beneficial is putting this in a public forum so the pressure to not look like an idiot for going back on your word, helps me a lot.
As such each week I will be making a post about how much weight I've lost and how successful attempts to get fit.
So my current weight is 12st 5lbs. Let's see if we can go down a few steps by next week.

I recommend the Asian diet. :D You eat a lot of rice, fish, and vegetables. It's really yummy too. XD Keeps my weight stable, and with exercise you'll start melting away pounds.
If you found a more awesome way to loose the weight though, by all means! :D It's nice to be healthy~ Go Rogo! Go Rogo! X3

Just stepped on the scales and I have dropped to 12st 2lbs! Not that big of a drop but a very reasonable one! I was good this week but not great - still snacked here and there - but hopefully over the next week I'll snack a lot less and maybe get myself under 12st!

Still on 12st 2lbs this week - buuuut I've been given free lunches all week that were... um... not great for me so... hopefully next week will be better

Half the time... it was iffy but screw it I'll take the one that makes me feel better XD

About 168 pounds though the scales today say I'm 170 so... gah I guess I didn't lose anything after all.

You could make/buy a treadmill. And put it near your TV. :O So while you're watching anime, you can burn calories. :D
