I have so many! Uhhhh...I like D. Gray man and Blue Exorcist I guess. XD I like Blue Exorcist but thought it dropped off at the end, D.Gray man I may review in the future as I have seen most of it - and read the manga - and a few thoughts on it. Higurashi is in my top 5, not seen Saiyuki, love Soul Eater and Death note and my thoughts on Eden of the East I already covered in my review. Black Butler season 2? REALLY? I... I'm really shocked as I hear no one defending that one. It's one of those anime that has such an awful reputation I'm kinda uneasy to watch it - so perhaps you could give some reasons why you like that one? XD |

I liked how Black Butler season 2 ended. They made a plot twist that no one was expecting and I felt it really closed off the series. Just my opinion though~  |

Hmmm I'm curious now because when I saw Black Butler my reaction was 'wow... what a satisfying end to the series' and then I heard there was a season 2 and was like... wha?! I need to see this when it gets dubbed (which is relatively soon) and get a feel for it. On the subject of favourites, I may do a full top 10 or 20 sometime soon... maybe around my birthday. I think I've seen enough titles to make a decent list for the time being |

Yeah. It was more suspenseful. However, there was less yaoi fanservice than in the original, or well, from what I saw. But other than that, I really do not know why people dislike the second season. I got bored of the first season very quickly, so maybe I'm just an idiot. XD

You have your own taste, that doesn't make you an idiot.
As for the yaoi stuff in Black Butler... it was SO intentional. Watch it back and you'll realise that Black Butler was basically driving to drive the fan girls into a crazed stupor for laughs. It was never played straight and always as a joke - it's one thing I found amusing about the show XD

I just finished watching Fullmetal Alchemist (the first one) and I have to say hands down that it was the best anime I've ever seen. This coming from someone who's only watched about 4 other animes in her lifetime, but still This is easily my favorite one. Thank you so much Rogo for recommending it :3 |
