My dad watches some anime, not a lot, but I know he likes Hare & Guu.

My Dad looks at it mockingly...though it's probably because his main exposure to it was when my brother and I used to watch silly muscular guys occasionally fight but mostly yell at or taunt each other all episode until a planet eventually blows up. Then again he doesn't really like Miyao Hiyazaki movies either, not even for the artistic value. Just not his thing, I guess. My Mom is considerably more open-minded about anime but she doesn't actually watch any.

My parents like it! ;D My mom reads manga I give her(she's currently reading FMA) and we have Anime Night in my house. XD Which is where we pick a night and sit down to watch 4 episodes of an Anime. My dad isn't too much into it as my mom is, but he doesn't make fun of it. He's watched Bleach and Soul Eater and likes them both. However, my mom is more active in it and loves going to Anime Conventions with me.  But yea...Hehe. ^^ |

I think our parents our more rare in the anime world. XD Especially after visiting our first anime con to find that my mom tagging along with us, taking pictures of cosplayers and going to panels, was not too common. LOL Apparently a lot of parents try to ignore anime or discourage their children from watching it. o.o Now I can see why a lot of my friends want my parents to adopt them. LMAO
